Well i have to say my new opening of "Parise's New American Bistro" has been amazing journey so far. The Beautiful Esmeralda Inn is the perfect setting for the style of cuisine i am presenting to WNC and surrounding areas, rustic and elegant and a local farm to table concept. The amazing people of Chimney Rock and Lake lure have been so embracing. First off, i would love to thank everyone for there support and i feel completely privileged to be a new part of such a wonderful community. Thank you to Hickory Nut Gorge Chamber of Commerce for such a wonderful ribbon cutting. Mary Jaeger Gale is such an asset to Western North Carolina and to say that is an understatement. Barbara Moliski, mayor of Chimney Rock is a wonderful person and I consider Chimney Rock to be lucky to have her serve as mayor. Laurel Hewson, business manager for the Chamber of Commerce has been a complete pleasure to work with and is always looking to help whenever possible. I would love to thank all the local farmers of Western NC. for the incredible produce, meats and eggs...you are what makes it an experience to live and eat here.
