Parise's New American Bistro is proud to have Kosta Vlahakis of Kosta's Kitchen in Skyland NC., serving breakfast and lunch 7 days a week at Parise's New American Bistro. Kosta is a veteran in the Asheville and Hendersonville restaurant business serving the people of Asheville for 28 years. We are excited about having him on board with this new and exciting concept. Kosta will be focusing on the concept of farm to table. All the eggs are free range and cage free, natural meats that contain no antibiotics or hormones of any kind.
