Hello my name is Chef Michael Parise, AKA "Wheels"owner and founder of Cannoli Kings Catering. Cannoli Kings Catering has had the pleasure of being voted "Best Caterer in Los Angeles, 2 years in a row and we are not stopping there. For those of you who don't know me, I have been in LA for 20 years, I am a comedian and a chef and I have a passion for both. I started comedy back in the late 80's and continue to do it when I am not running my business. I have been blessed with a fantastic career in both fields and I am going to share great stories with you as we continue this new blog experience. I have toured the country for 20 years with the most controversial comedian of our time, Andrew Dice Clay, as a matter of fact I am in the Charlotte airport as we speak going to Milwaukee to open for Dice at Jokerz comedy club. I started Cannoli Kings form my 1 bedroom apt in West Hollywood CA. 5 years ago, I am going to explain the story to you in the upcoming blogs. I have had the wildest career(s) and I am looking forward to sharing them with you. Catering Los Angeles is a task, the celebrities the producers the corporate execs and the wonderful people just wanting us to cater there special event. We have been through every obstacle thrown our way and we keep raising the bar. I love this business and it keeps me going. I love my clients! We at Cannoli Kings are not your normal catering company in Los Angeles. We are the most politically incorrect caterers in Los Angeles and it seems that we attract the same, lets face it Los Angeles is the "Land of the misfit toys" but we all seem to get along in some strange way and being in the business myself...
